- Q. Where are the servers located?
- A. Servers are located in France and Luxembourg.
- Q. How many active torrents are allowed?
- A. We don't have a limit for the active torrents, but you should know that too many active torrents are lowering seedbox performance. We recommend a number of around 20 active torrents so that dld/upl speed won't be affected and seedbox/server response time won't get too high.
- Q. How do I renew my service?
- A. We remind you 3 days before the service expires. Without payment, the service stops and will be deleted.
- Q. How long does it take to setup a seedbox?
- A. Usually it needs no more than 1 hour.
- Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
- A. PayPal and credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, I will send you an invoice from PayPal and you will pay it by credit card, no account required.
- Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
